New this year!

• As a sponsor/exhibitor, if you invite your company’s clients and prospects to attend, not only will they enjoy a $100 discount off their registration fee when they sign up using a special code we will provide, you can earn $500 off your 2014 sponsor/exhibit fees for every 20 registrations up to $1,500. That could add up to significant savings for your 2014 trade show budget!
• The Appraisal Institute will create a special section on its website in early 2013 to assist all sponsors and exhibitors in promoting their participation at the AI Annual Meeting. As a sponsor/exhibitor, your company will be given a log-in to this section, where you can:
  • Keep track of the registrations from invited clients and prospects,
  • Download ads for placement on your company’s website and printed materials that promote your involvement and attendance at AI Connect 2013,
  • Stay up to date on conference planning activities, such as deadlines for contacting show decorators, a list of registrants, game cards for participation in the trade show daily drawings, and packages of drink coupons for distribution during the evening receptions.

• As an exhibitor/sponsor, all your meals and receptions are included in your sponsor or exhibit fee.
• Full meeting registrations are a benefit of Platinum, Gold and Silver sponsorships; attendance at any or all of the educational sessions is available to a representative or representatives of your company, depending upon your sponsorship level. Additional full meeting registrations also are available for all sponsors at a discounted rate.
• Breakfast, lunch and cocktail receptions are also included in your fee, and all of these events take place in the exhibit area.

Exhibit only pricing: Each 8’ X 10’ booth includes 8’ back drape, 3’ side drapes, booth electricity, one draped and skirted table, one chair, and one sign with your company name.
