Rich DuBay has an SRA/SRPA who is been an instructor for the Appraisal Institute for more than 20 years. He also teaches at Century College and occasionally at the University of St. Thomas.
Rich has been in the appraisal business for slightly more than 30 years. His educational background includes a degree in education from the University of Minnesota (B.S. 1974). Over the course of his career, he has worked in the insurance, banking and fee appraisal worlds. ‘Appraisal Consultants’ is a family business, and Rich specializes in banking related appraisals of both residential and commercial properties. Some of the clients that Rich has been working/ or in the past worked with are Alliance Bank, University Bank, Community National Bank etc.
We are now accepting proposals for webinars to be presented during 2009. What is a webinar? It is 1-2 hour live educational presentation over the Internet. The presenter and listeners can be anywhere in the world.
