| Winfield L. Cooper, SRA, earned both his BBA and MBA from the University of Michigan and has completed many courses since graduation in Real Estate Appraisal. He served as an adjunct professor at the University of Michigan from 1960 - 1980.
He has taught numerous one-day seminars in principles, residential valuation, construction, case studies and report writing in over 20 states for the Appraisal Institute and AIREA since 1986.
Mr. Cooper received the H. Grady Stebbins Award for Education in 1992 from the Appraisal Institute. He also taught for the Michigan Association of Realtors from 1980 - 1987 and was named Instructor of the year for 1984 -1985 by the Real Estate Alumni of Michigan.
