Practicing real estate valuers can become Associate Members

For those valuers interested in becoming Designated Members
we offer accreditation paths for members who hold designations from other organizations
such as the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, the Australian Property Institute, the Appraisal Institute of
Canada and the Singapore Institute of Surveyors and Valuers.
We also recognize government licenses and certifications from Korea, Japan, China, Germany
and Turkey and are willing to evaluate designations and government certifications
from any other country.
Affiliate membership
is open to related industry professionals including brokers, bankers, attorneys
or government officials.
All members outside the United States receive a discount on member dues according to the
World Bank economic classification. High-income countries receive a 25 percent discount,
middle-income countries receive a 50 percent discount and low-income countries a 75 percent discount.
