About the Author

Mark R. Rattermann, MAI, SRA, has been a multidisciplinary real estate appraiser and broker in the metropolitan Indianapolis, Indiana, area since 1978. Mr. Rattermann is the author of many books, including Using the Small Residential Income Property Appraisal Report and Using the Individual Condominium Unit Appraisal Report Forms. He currently writes a biannual residential column for The Appraisal Journal. The courses and seminars Mr. Rattermann has developed include The New Residential Market Conditions Form and Residential Sales Comparison and Income Approaches. Mr. Rattermann is currently a senior partner with REsource, LLC, a real estate appraisal firm located in Indianapolis, and owner and manager of Education REsource, LLC, a real estate education company.
