Del H. Kendall, CRE, MAI,  serves as managing director for RERC’s Southwest Operations and as co-director of RERC Hospitality. Mr. Kendall has nearly 30 years real estate analysis, valuation and consulting experience.

Ken Robinson, CFA, CIPM, CPA, PFS, is a director of investment performance standards at CFA Institute. He helps maintain the GIPS standards by managing the interpretations process, developing guidance for new technical areas, working extensively with volunteer committees, promulgating the GIPS standards, and serving as a thought leader.

John Baczewski, CPA, chairs the Real Estate Information Standards Board which sets valuation, accounting and performance measurement for the institutional private market investment industry.
