About the Editor
Howard C. Gelbtuch, MAI, is a graduate of New York University with a BS degree in finance and holds an MBA in real estate from the Bernard M. Baruch College. Since 1994, he has been a principal of Greenwich Realty Advisors Incorporated, an internationally oriented real estate valuation and counseling firm. In addition to holding the MAI, CRE, and FRICS designations, Mr. Gelbtuch has chaired or served on international committees of the Appraisal Institute, the Counselors of Real Estate, and the National Association of Realtors.
