    We fight for appraisers on Capitol Hill, in the state houses, and in the communities where you do business. In fact, our Washington, D.C., office is the only one in the Capitol representing AI Professionals.

    Appraiser Diversity Initiative

    The Appraisal Institute is helping lead an Appraiser Diversity Initiative with Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and the National Urban League. ADI is a premier nationwide program designed to attract new entrants to the real estate appraisal field while fostering diversity in the profession.

    AI Political Action Committee

    Appraisal Institute Political Action Commitee (AI PAC) supports federal candidates for U.S. Congress who have shown support for the valuation profession. Learn how we use our funds, and how you can contribute.
