Course Description
Join us for this 2-hour seminar - a practical and interactive discussion of several appraisal technology tools using the classroom space as the subject property. We will provide an overview of technology used in the appraisal profession and discuss case studies to generate thoughts on where tools can help increase precision and production. Attendees will have the opportunity to test out tools for mapping, drawing, cash flow modelling, syncing mobile data with databases, and accessing data in the field to streamline inspections. This will involve Valcre and RockportVAL, showing the interaction of data between applications, amongst other things
