Funded by the Appraisal Institute Education and Relief Foundation, the Lum Library is a resource to explore appraisal topics, and a mainstay for valuation professionals in their daily work. The library’s search strategies, subject terms and categories have been tailored to concepts that appraisers frequently use. All AI members have access to full text articles and the public has limited access to library resources.
