Notice of Proposed Amendments to Appraisal Institute Regulations

Summary

At its August 15-16, 2024, meeting in Minneapolis, Minnesota, the Appraisal Institute Board of Directors will consider proposed amendments to the Appraisal Institute Regulation Nos. 1, 2 and 3. The proposed amendments are expected to have minimal financial impact. If you have any comments on the proposed changes to the Regulations, please contact your elected Directors and/or send your comments via email to 45daynotice@appraisalinstitute.org. Comments received on or before August 8, 2024, will be compiled for distribution to the Board of Directors and the Admissions and Designation Qualifications Committee (ADQC).
