Class Materials:Tuition fee includes pdf downloadable copy of class materials (Student Handbook and the USPAP Guidance & Reference Manual). Students may purchase a print copy of class materials for an additional fee ($25 plus shipping) at time of registration.

All three of the below course components are required for the class:

• The Student Handbook (included in registration)
• USPAP Guidance and Reference Manual (included in registration)
• 2024 Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice ( USPAP) Contains USPAP Standards 1 through 10 and students must purchase this full version from the Appraisal Foundation for $35 plus shipping. Link to the Appraisal Foundation

Tips on downloading the class material:

• Log into My Account (https://www.appraisalinstitute.org/)
• Scroll over "Hello, your name"
• Click on top right green bar that says "My Account"
• "Select Education & Events" (on the right side)
• See list of your registered offerings, scroll to class name and select "View"
• You will now see a box that contains downloadable program materials

Coffee, tea and water throughout the day...no other food included. Students are on their own for lunch.

Discounted room rate per night, advise that you are with Appraisal Institute when making your reservation. The Holiday Inn offers a continental breakfast, free Wi-Fi, fitness room and pool.

Certificates of Completion will be available in your AI portal approximately 7-10 days after completion of the class.

AI National Synchronous Participation Requirements:

• You must have a computer, webcam, and microphone capability to participate and receive continuing or qualifying education credit where approved. It is your responsibility to have the required equipment to participate and receive credit.

• The instructor must be able to interact with all students. Instructors and administrators will direct questions to students throughout the class to which students must respond. Students must be in a location that always allows for their full attention and interaction.

• Attendance will be monitored throughout the day through webcams and polling. You must turn on your webcam during roll call at the beginning of class so that the instructor can verify your photo identification.

You will receive a separate email from the Chapter Office with log-in/access information. You do not need a paid account from ZOOM to participate. If you are using your ipad/iphone/smartphone download the ZOOM app prior to offering.
