    Course Description
    This seminar will include a one-hour presentation regarding "Forever Chemical" and the implications of new PFAS regulations and PFAS and the implications of new PFAS regulations and PFAS contamination on the valuation of industrial properties. This presentation will be followed by a two-hour panel discussion focused on top-of-mind commercial real estate lender concerns.

    All appraisers should/can enroll in this class.   
    Course Objectives
    To educate appraisers about PFAS, including new PFAS regulations, where PFAS contamination is likely to be found, and implications of PFAS regulations and contamination on market valuations and lending. To build appraiser awareness of valuation-related lender concerns and to discuss ways appraisers can respond to, address, or mitigate those concerns for regulatory compliance and scope of work satisfaction.

    We hope you will join us at the Old Church, McMenamins/30340 Boones Ferry Rd, Wilsonville, OR. There is plenty of parking around the church. They have a small parking area but its right next to Fred Meyers. Feel free to park there. The Old Church is directly behind the restaurant.
