    The Appraisal Institute is aware of a wrongful termination lawsuit filed by a former employee, which includes allegations regarding our appraisal examination process.

    Our examination and certification procedures are rigorous and designed to uphold the integrity of the appraisal profession. The allegations of fraud are entirely without merit and misrepresent our processes. Accusations of this nature are not only misleading but harm the reputation of dedicated professionals in the field.
